Outback Series All Natural Pain Relief
Outback Pain Relief is an all natural pain reliever for joint pain, back pain and muscular aches and pains. Using the potent Australian essential oils of Tea Tree (anti-inflammatory) and Eucalyptus (pain relief) the product provides fast effective relief in as little as 15 minutes of application and last up to 6 hours.
Recommended Use Rate: Apply twice a day. For best anti-inflammatory effects apply for at least 14 days, then as required.

- Tea Tree Oil, or melaleuca oil, is a pale yellow colour to nearly colorless and clear essential oil with a fresh camphoraceous odor. The indigenous Bundjalung people of eastern Australia use “tea trees” as a traditional medicine by inhaling the oils from the crushed leaves to treat coughs and colds. They also soak tea tree leaves to make an infusion to treat skin ailments. Tea Tree is will renowned worldwide for it’s anti bacterial and antiseptic qualities, and is a clinically proven anti –inflammatory compound.
- The Blue Mallee, or Blue-leaved mallee (Eucalyptus polybractea) is a small multi-trunked sclerophyll tree that grows naturally in western New South Wales and in selected areas in Victoria, Australia. The natural Eucalyptus Oil in the Outback Pain Relief is used for its high cineol content which provides pain relief qualities to the product, in the same way the traditional Aboriginal people of Australia used the product for thousands of years. Eucalyptus Polybractea contains more cineole than any other of the 600 species of Eucalyptus in the world, making it ‘built for pain relief’.
- Olive oil is a fat obtained from the olive (the fruit of Olea europaea; family Oleaceae), a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. The oil is produced by pressing whole olives and is commonly used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. In Outback Pain Relief the Olive Oil is used as the carrier as it is gentle to the skin and penetrates with minimal rubbing.
- Vanilla is a flavoring derived from orchids of the genus Vanilla. The essential oils of vanilla and vanillin have a vasodilation effect when applied topically, where they improve circulation by opening up the blood vessels in the area of application. In Outback Pain Relief the vanilla is bonded to the active ingredients in a phased maturation process, making the vanilla like the engine room that drives the actives to the source of the inflammation and the pain.

- Octyl methoxycinnamate is an organic compound and a commonly used ingredient in sunscreens and lip balms. It is a clear liquid that is insoluble in water. Its primary use in sunscreens and other cosmetics is to absorb UV-B and UV-A rays from the sun, protecting the skin from damage. It is also used to reduce the appearance of scars and protects against premature skin ageing caused by the sun.
- AVOBENZONE – Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane is a very effective UVA I absorber for a wide range of applications. Its maximum absorption is at 357nm with a specific extinction of about 1100 and it has additional absorbing properties in the UVA II spectrum. AVOBENZONE is an oil soluble, crystalline powder with a slight aromatic odor.

- Zinc Oxide 9.5% is an inorganic compound with the formula ZnO. ZnO is a white powder that is insoluble in water, which is widely used as an additive in numerous materials and products including cosmetics, ointments, pigments and foods (source of Zn nutrient), and provides added sun protection when carefully formulated into a balanced sunscreen cream such as the Outback Series 2-in-1.
- Actilastin 1000 is a proprietary base for use in the formulation of cosmetic skin care and medical products. Actilastin 1000 is designed to provide a smooth base with a silky texture, while providing a high level of emollient and moisturizing qualities.
- Citronella is one of the essential oils obtained from the leaves and stems of different species of Cymbopogon (lemongrass) is also a renowned plant-based insect repellent, and has been registered for this use in the United States since 1948. The United States Environmental Protection Agency considers oil of citronella as a biopesticide with a non-toxic mode of action

It naturally occurs on the east coast of Australia and is used in the Outback Series 2-in-1 due to its ability to repel waterborne insects and mosquitos.
- Melaleuca Alternifolia is a species of tree or tall shrub in the plant genus Melaleuca. Native to Australia, it occurs on the north coast and adjacent ranges of New South Wales. It is the primary species for commercial production of Tea tree oil (melaleuca oil), often used as a topical antibacterial and antifungal in a range of herbal medicine products including antiseptics, deodorants, shampoos, soaps and lotions. In the Outback Series 2-in1 cream the Tea tree Oil is included at high concentrations to enhance the insect repelling activity of the other essential oils, following in the footsteps of the traditional Bundjalung people of Eastern Australia who have known the secrets of this amazing essential oil for thousands of years.

- Beeswax is a natural wax produced in the bee hive of honey bees of the genus Apis. Beeswax is commonly used in lip balms for its gentle soothing effect on the skin.
- Coconut oil is an edible oil extracted from the kernel of matured coconuts, harvested from the coconut palm. Coconut oil is used as a skin moisturizer, helping with dry skin and enhances the feel of the Outback Series Lip Balm.
- Sunflower oil is the non-volatile oil expressed from sunflower (Helianthus annuus) seeds. Sunflower oil is commonly used in cosmetic formulations as an emollient. In the Outback Series Lip Balm is plays an emollient role, retaining the natural moisture in the lips.
- Lanolin is a yellow waxy substance and is used extensively in products designed for the protection, treatment and beautification of human skin. In the Outback Series Lip Balm it is another ingredients which combines well to provide added skin protection.
- Peppermint is a hybrid mint, a cross between watermint and spearmint. Peppermint has a high menthol content, and is often used in, skincare products. In the Outback Series Lip Balm it adds a nice ‘zing’ to the feel on your skin.
- Comfrey is a healing herb often used for wound healing. One of the most common uses of Comfrey extract is as a skin treatment as the plant contains the small organic molecule allantoin, which is thought to stimulate cell growth and repair while simultaneously depressing inflammation.
